We have a quick update on the Board of Supervisors meeting about the proposed rezoning of the Riggleman Farm. This has been extended again and will now be held on March 12, 2025. Please be sure to check the Frederick County website for updates and for the updated agenda which should be posted by the end of day on Thursday.

Again, I would encourage everyone to reach out to Blaine Dunn and the rest of the board to express your concerns. The online petition is now up to 743 signatures in opposition to the development.

Mr. Dunn expressed at his town hall that he was “undecided” on his vote for the rezoning. We need to make sure our voices continue to be heard.
