Senseny Glen Homeowners Association
Annual Meeting Oct. 15, 2025
The meeting was called to order at 6 pm; however, we didn’t have a quorum, so no votes were taken.
We discussed the covenants and stated that each household received these at or before closing. They are also posted on the bulletin board at the T-intersection of Senseny Glen and Canyon Roads. You’ll also find them on our website [https://sensenyglen.org/]
If you have questions or complaints, please reach out to one of us at [email protected]; [email protected], or [email protected]
We also discussed the chief complaints, which remain barking dogs, not cleaning up after your pet, and unsightly yards (in violation of the covenants, such as boats, campers, and trash). The HOA has little control over these issues beyond sending letters asking residents to comply. It is expensive to turn this over for legal redress, so we avoid this.
The new complaint that’s caused several calls to the police deals with teens on motorized vehicles that are loud, late at night, potentially not road-authorized, and the fights between these groups that have erupted. If you experience any of these, please contact the police, as we can’t do anything except sympathize with you.
Most of the discussion centered around the development behind Canyon Rd, at the farm. The developer obtained a device that allows the company to avoid the County Board of Supervisors, so the sale was completed. It is expected that Lenar or a similar builder will submit plans to build on the property at some point; however, this is still up in the air. More information will follow as it becomes available. Join our Facebook group or access our website for updates [https://sensenyglen.org/]. Concerns center around traffic, especially during construction, and schools, as well as sufficient utilities.
The treasurer’s report was discussed. Each homeowner received a copy in the letter mailed to you announcing this meeting. Annual assessments will be mailed out early next year.
Once we had a quorum, as defined by the covenants, we voted to elect a secretary and treasurer. Since Jed Seaver was elected president at our meeting last year, he remains to finish out his term. Angela Hausman was reelected as secretary and Helene Gillespie was reelected as treasurer by acclamation. Since Helene will be leaving the community at some point before her term expires, we need someone to step forward to fill her vacancy. An electronic vote will be taken to elect the replacement.
The minutes from the last meeting were approved by acclamation.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:47 pm.
